Serena Trading is our group's commercial company, which aims to provide a direct meat sales service, responding flexibly to customer requests and supplier needs.
Thanks to our consolidated experience in international meat trading and a solid network of Italian and European producers, we can purchase products directly, manage logistics, documentation, and storage, and guarantee a complete and reliable service.
In this way, we take care of the entire transaction: we purchase the goods, find the best solution, and manage any surpluses by storing the meat in our trusted warehouses, at our expense, until the moment of delivery.

Our meat trading business meets a dual need:
- on the one hand, suppliers are looking for reliable channels to sell their products safely and quickly;
- On the other hand, customers need tailor-made solutions, including mixed loads, flexible quantities, and customised delivery times.
Our role is to intelligently match supply and demand, even when they do not coincide perfectly. When a shipment contains different items and/or different recipients, we divide them according to their respective needs and manage the sale directly. All in a safe, traceable, and guaranteed manner.
Sale of EU and non-EU meat
We sell meat mainly from Italy and Europe to foreign markets, with solutions tailored to each geographical area:
- In non-EU markets, meat is mainly sold frozen at -18°C, with an average delivery time of around 30 days, via sea container or refrigerated truck.
- In Europe, in addition to frozen meat, we also handle large quantities of fresh meat, thanks to our punctual and proven logistics.
We offer the possibility of purchasing full or mixed loads, even consisting of different cuts, optimising the logistical and commercial needs of customers and suppliers.

Trade in industrial and quality meat, respecting animal welfare and health and hygiene conditions
Our meat trade business is based on a fundamental principle: working exclusively with certified, reliable facilities that comply with European regulations on food safety, hygiene, and animal welfare.
We work exclusively with slaughterhouses, cutting plants, and processors that are EEC-approved and recognised by the Ministry of Health, which we personally verify through regular inspections. We carefully evaluate aspects such as batch traceability, hygiene and sanitary conditions, technologies used, and export requirements.
All our suppliers hold the main international certifications, including IFS (International Food Standard), BRC (British Retail Consortium), and HACCP. We always have up-to-date copies of these certifications, which we can provide upon request, to ensure maximum transparency and consolidate trust in every commercial negotiation.
